    1. ​Introduction with background information (stats and numbers). Here you should have some in-text citations (APA or MLA format). 
    2. Body (1-3 paragraphs)-Go into more detail from your introduction/go into specifics. Tie background information and your topic on the border
    3. Conclusion- why is this important? What is El Paso doing to promote sustainability? What could we do better? Is there anything we can do individually? As a community?
    4. Reference page- APA or MLA format
